Role Playing
I've downloaded a program to incorporate this into a phpBB forum site.
Should my next step be to create a bunch of Forums to deal with the daily issues, and get a community to participate?

Well, the page is getting worked on, but it draws all the info from the account here, and displays that for the game participants.
I'm wondering how the game is played then....for the members of my site.
Should we just get creative and create various forums such as these here, and roll with it?

Yes, I would think just make forums and start up some RPs like the ones in Nationstates and international incedents here
