Thread resurrection?

Sorry if this has already been covered, I've been away for awhile.

I was looking for my old Cyberdyne Store thread, and it's been purged. (Here's the URL: http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=49525 )

Is it possible to "resurrect" a thread after it's been purged?

I am well aware of the possibility of an archive forum.
