i notice some stickeyed topics like "show off your military" and "what's your currency exchange" and some similar ones that aren't sticky, like "what're your people reading" and such. unless you're randomly browsing, or these get updated often, they seem useless - nobody's going to search 33 pages to look up somebody's military, assuming that the person listed it there in the first place.

so what do you people think of putting more user-defined stats on a nation's title page - stuff like language, ethnicity, religion, exchange rate, leader's name, military (maybe a sub-page for this one so it doesn't take up much space on the main one), and such?

each new stat would be defined by the user in the settings page.

it'd make RPing somewhat easier, i think.

keep in mind that i have no idea how much work it'd take to actually implement this.

It wouldn't be necessary if there was a better Search function. AND's, NOT's, multiple words, phrases, search both words and author, search within results, and so on.

I believe that would be easier to implement than your idea, as well.

I don't think it's going to happen, mainly because of all of the horrible possibilities...goatze, tubgirl, etc.

I don't think it's going to happen. Maybe one or two things, but there are a LOT of nations, and adding even *ONE* field would make the database increase in size dramatically, not to mention the coding necessary.

Nice idea, but too much work.

I very much doubt this will happen until NS2....
