Found this event in the region LUE (no, I wasn't observing that region, it was purely by accident :) )
A nation was ejected from the region, but despite what the regional happenings said didn't actually leave the region! So, the nation continued to be able to post to the regional board. Also, it WAS added to the banlist, so this creates the rather bizarre situation of a nation being in the banlist while residing withing the region...
And yes, I did check that the 'booted' nation is the same one as the one residing within the region. There was no mention of it 'returning' to the region.
Also, WetTshirts isn't mentioned in the regional list (from the XML feed), yet the nation still says it's in the region. (guess who will be complaining about not getting issues and no nation growth soon? :) )
