You can use Adobe Photo Shop. But that costs a pretty penny ;\

Resize it...or if you just want to make the file size smaller.. lower the pixel ratio..

Oh, and the primary picture editing software I use is called GIMP. Great for fast editing and resizing - plus it's free. I also have Photoshop, but only use that for major jobs.

You can go here for free photo hosting services..

There are many free hosting services (like the one Steph pointed you to).

You will have to create an account there.

You will probably need to right-click on the copy of the pitcure here that you want to use and save it to your hard drive (remember where you put it!)

Then the photo service will have a method to point to the file on your drive to upload it, and it will also tell you what the URL will be so you can link to it.
