I seem to be getting the same issues over and over again. In the past 3 days, i have gotten the Polygamist Issue twice and the Baseball funding twice. Is this an error of some kind?

Game Mods can approve issues for the issue database. However, once they're in the database, they show up in individual nations on a random basis.

well unless you are a delegate try moving out of your region and returning after teh update, however if you are delegate turn off your ussues for a few days, it isnt as sure as leaving the region but It works for me.
