The levels of economy go like this. I don't know them all because my economy has not been at all points.
From highest to lowest
1. Frightening
2. All-Consuming
3. Powerhouse
4. Thriving
5. Very Strong
6. Strong
7. Developing
8. Weak
9 Imploded
10. Basket Case
That is as much as I know, it may be all of them.
