I made my setting 2 issues a day but I only get 1! Wats up wit dat?
It probably won't take effect untill after the next server update for brand new nations. Otherwise it could be to do with your time zone, I know my issues tend to show up about 11 o' clock at night.
Its prob the server thing, cause I already got my 1st issue. Thanks again.

You don't get your two issues per day at the same time. They arrive on average 12 hours apart ;)

Since I still have this thread (and thnx 2 both of u) i accidentally had the wrong emial put in, and submitted my UN app, itll be sent wrong, so how can i re-apply NOW instead of having to wait.

You just need to change your email address in the settings area and re-apply with the UN. Everything will work.
