I would like to send a mass telegram to everybody in my region. But, the region is around 120, and I don't want to do a cut n' paste message to each individual nation. Is there anyway of doing a mass telegram, within the region, that I don't know about?
Cut and Paste if it is private. Leave it in the HQ if it is public.

A pain, I know, but you are allowed to cut and paste sned TMs. Anything else would be, as Balloin said, Spamy-Spam.
