Endorsements
I didn't understand one thing:
what appens if someone who gave an endorsement to the regional delegate leaves the region? Is the endorsement still effective?

No, it isn't.
It will take the system some time to update everything (voting power in the UN, as well as endorsements for delegacy), but when the final tally is done the endorsement won't count anymore.

Usually we just rename it. Of course, if all the residing nations are likewise offensive, we generally just nuke the whole thing.

It will be renamed- it has been like this until now. if not [violet], a Game mod will do so.
sometimes it appens to see strange things in the game:
the last I,ve seen it's in the region "polska", take a look in the regional happenings...

Well there is a region with an offending name and all the residing nations are likewise offending (if you understand italian language) what should I do?
