I was just curious because I read about people submitting issues. I have thought up many great issue ideas and I wanted to suggest them.

yes and from there you can read some guidlines of how to use your issues and what to put in the seperate boxes and then it will be looked over by the mods! good luck!
May I also sugest you have a look under the 'Issue' section of the forum for further help!
