The list of online players, if they are inactive for five minutes, but still logged on, is their name taken off?

OOC: Sorry if this posts twice. Damn server! As long as they're viewing the forum(s) their name should remain on the list.

But if they have a page open, but are not doing anything?
I know my name doesn;t always appear to me when I am on the forum. I take it as a bug identified a long time ago. That leads me not to trust the list of nations all that much, so possible that there are more then you actually see Danya.
