Since you're such a young nation. I'd recommend playing peaceful until you know enough not to become a steaming crater or a pile of radioactive glass. Watch and observe, perhaps give a little nudge here or there, but try to avoid warmongering. As those who live by the sword, all too often die by the sword.
Okay, settle down. First off, war is something that happens in the forums, and DOES NOT AFFECT POPULATION. However, like stated by Convict, godmoding will make people angry at you. Godmoding is, defined as:
Acts of god used by puny underlings to make people very angry at you and if you do it enough the Big Bad mods will IP ban you. *inhales deeply* sorry. It works by you stating an attack, then the other person will reply, stating their losses, and then they attack and back and forth. DO NOT STATE LOSSES FOR THE OTHER PERSON. This is godmodding. Also, if you want to start a war, you NEED a good reason for it. You also want to have a fairly large population for war. Your military force is somewhere between .5% and 5% of your total population. ANY HIGHER THAN THIS IS CONSIDERED GODMODING. If you have any more questions, feel free to telegram me.

ive had people have war with my region before...like 30 people came in and endorsed there leader then the leader became delegate and kicked almost everyone out.
