My flag seems to be compressed. It should feature a circle (its the HAL picture), but instead the shape seems to have been pushed inwards horizontally to resemble more of an oval. I am sure that the flag I have uploaded is 117x71 pixels. Is there any reason why my flag has been compressed?

The reason why it's seems compressed is because it is 117x71, and not 107x71. To you it compresses it so it fits the 107x71 rule, but to everyone else it is the normal size.
