While the server update seems to start as normal, somewhere along the way it stops. The puppets I have in regions that are 'early' in the run got their issues, while the puppets in regions later down the update run didn't.

This is for both the update that finished just now as the one that finished 11 hours ago. The one 24 hours ago showed no sign of problems for me.

All I know is, I got two issues yesterday, made my decisions on them at about 7:30, and haven't seen a single update for 28 hours.... I hope it'll get cleared up soon.

It's Labour Weekend in New Zealand, dammit! Labour Weekend! The server seems to always pick special occassions, when I have virtually unlimited access to the Internet, on which to play up.

Is there any chance that the problem could have been because the clocks went back today?

I can't imagine that being an influence. The problem started more than 24 hours before the clocks were to change. Also, the server is on GMT, which doesn't do daylight savings time.

Grenwich Mean Time. Yes it does. I live in the UK right next to Lonon and my clocks are on GMT, they went back today.

Some things are updating, but others aren't. My country hasn't received any new issues for days.

It has been doing that in the past few cycles as well. Certain regions never stopped getting the server updates. The system happily starts with the update, and then somewhere along the line it stops. Let's see if ALL regions get an update now.

No, England does BST (British Summer Time). GMT is constant, it never changes. What we do is shift between GMT and BST, and vice versa.

This issue might be resolved now. All my puppets just got an issue, so it seems an extra update is being / has been run.

Yeah, everything is working now. The data file became corrupted for a nation somehow, and the update crashed when it encountered it.
