This can actually be done somewhat by google

Example: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=Nationstates+Region+Heavy+Metal


Obviously not very effecitve,just something I found intresting

Just make sure that your search starts with:

And you should be in good shape.
