Founder.....
Ok, I've got a question: Is it possible to be founder and delegate? and if so, how many votes for you does it take, if you hae no one getting voted for against you.....
It is possible to be delegate and founder at the same time, provided:
1. You are founder of the region.
2. You are a UN member.
3. You have more endorsements than anyone else in the region.

Yes. If you are founder of a region, it doesn't disqualify you from being delegate. The process for becoming delegate is exactly the same whether or not you are founder.

Or you simply say; "Endorse me or be ejected". Works fine for many regions, I've noticed :P

It seems that ther are a lot od masochistic nations out there.
I am also both founder and delegate, as is Sirocco.
I am not forcing anyone to do anything, becasue I am benevolent, and they are all people I know.
I have three votes, and no one else has any....
