Region Crashers
Ive been talking to people that say they can take over someone elses region even if delegate access is barred and if there is a password, i didn't think it was true but can anyone confirm my suspicions

Perhaps if someone on the inside gives them the password....
Or if the delegate is an enemy, and demands regional acces. My delegate does that all the time.

they are lying, there is no way to gain access to the delegate panel if the founder has forbid it. There is also no way to get the password, other than having a man on the inside

Region passwords can also be guessed by dumb luck, in which case, the best recommendation I have is to do like Titan does: Make the password some reeeeeeally long, random alphanumeric string. When letting someone in, change it to some quick easy one, and after that person is in, change it back to a random long string.
That's sounds like my old region's password. Near-impossible to hack, at about 300 characters, mixed with %@#$^&!@#&^&* and those things. I don't like hackers.

Wow, that's some words put together. As to the intent of them, I can see where you were going, if nothing else.
Read the FAQ. Even if you did crash, it is allowed.
