We would love to have access to a UN resolution voting log to enable us to identify other nations that may support current proposals, etc.
Said log would be gigantic. Every proposal gets over 10000 votes, does it not?
A better idea would be to find UN delegates that approve proposals you agree with, since their votes count for more anyway (they get one extra vote for every endorsement they have).

In terms of size on disk, it would be negligible. SQL tables aren't enormous, and I believe that NationStates in in said database language...
In terms of content, however, it would be large when displayed.
