Ok guys. As you may have noticed receival of telegrams from the Compliance Ministry seem to be a bit spotty. Now, I'm not sure why, but I have enough time to try to figure it out. Thus, I would like 3 nations who do receive the telegrams to post and 3 nations who don't, to post (of course telling me which you are).

I've been a UN member since the day after I joined NS, and a delegate since early June. I have gotten only 1 compliance ministry telegram ever (besides the crash-related one), and it was on the last resolution (Global AIDS Initiative) that passed.

I voted FOR the AIDS initiative. I can post or t-gram you my votes on previous resolutions if you want.

I was recieving Compliance Ministry telegrams when I was in the UN (but resigned earlier today). I even got two telegrams telling me that I have to comply with the "" resolution. :P

I've been a UN member for as long as I've had this nation and a delegate not long after. I don't think I've ever NOT gotten one.

As you may well know I am fairly new to the game but I have kept an eye on the UN action and I have received the telegrams from the Ministry on everything that has passed since I have been on.

I've been a member since I joined early this year, and my compliance telegrams are ALWAYS prompt.

Let's keep the nations coming, this will be a tough one to crack.

I would be pleased to volunteer as on of the "not getting any" (!) nations. :D As you will see here (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11682&highlight=) I have been having this problem for a long, long time. I did receive them once upon a time, however. I joined almost at the beginning of the game, and received them for several months.

Both this nation and my other nation Aegria (before it quit) were both fine on the getting the telegrams.

(not a multi :P, I quit with Aegria since the UN was opposing my regime at every turn AND it just sat in a feeder and endorsed everyone who asked, anyway, before I joined as Naleth)

My nation Corinthe has only got two compliance telegrams this far, and one of them was of a resolution.

I usually get compliance telegrams -- I'd say about 2/3 of the time. Actually, I think I've been getting them all recently, but not so much in June and July.

ive had those compliance ministry TGs every time.....

I do get the telegrams. Every one in a while I might not get one, but seeing as I don't hang out in the UN a lot I don't really notice. So, put me down as one that gets them.

I seem to get the telegrams only wen I vote FOR or do not vote on resolutions.

I do not know if this helps, but I have noticed that I NEVER get one when I vote AGAINST, and always get tem when I vote FOR. I have only been away for an entire resolution twice and got tms both times.

And I remember voting against some, and being angered that they still passed after getting the Compliance Telegram.

I believe I receive the Compliance Ministry telegrams most if not all of the time. :-)

I do not know if this is any help, but I get them randomly. One issue I will get a notice, another I will not. There seems to be no pattern amongst it.

I have received every one since April. That of course may change since my UN status has jumped around of late :wink:

I receive them. As I sometimes switch UN status, all of my UN nations receive them. Of course I only have one UN nation at a time. But when they are UN I get them.

The most recent one arrived in my inbox at the proper time and in the proper form.

I noticed something. I got one, but I voted with respect to this issue. But I don't think I get them when I don't vote. Just a musing.

I don't recall getting a t-gram for "No Embargoes on Medicine", but I may be wrong on that.

I changed my issues to two per day from one per day on or around October 17.

I haven't really changed much else...I'm still UN Delegate for the Democratic Underground region and I've had 20 endorsements for a couple weeks.

I have always gotten compliance letters on every issue, promptly.

I have missed out on a few resolutions (didnt get a message from complaince ministry) and gotten 2 T-G's saying the the resolution "" has passed. They both came in the same day.

I've always recieved them with all my nations, my current UN puppet Damage Incorporated has the latest one in his inbox still

If you were not registed to receive 2 issues a day, then if a resolution passed during the same update that you wouldn't get an issue, then you would not receive a TG and the resolution would not effect you.

But I never got a couple tms, most notably the metric one, and I thought that I had two per day since I was a n00b. :?
