new forum for disscussion of new issues
As I have noticed a whole bunch of topics all across the NS Boards about ideas for new issues I think that it would be better for the board if a new forum for the disscussion of the Issues and ideas for new ones be made so that there is less clutter.

That's what Tech is for.
Only problem is, issues are only new once. For issues in general, people just use Technical (though I think the intention was NationStates, since Max had not originally intended to make an RP game.)
