Im new, and i have a question
Me and my brother are in the same region. Since i wanted to be the regional deligate, he added me to his endorsement list. How do I accept it, and how do I become the regional deligate?

Endorsements don't have to be accepted...you should become delegate at the next UN update (6 AM EDT).
However, are you and your brother on the same computer? If so, one of you should resign from the UN so both of you don't get kicked out or deleted for multying.

If you're on different computers and different IPs, then you should be okay.

Are you on different computers in the same house? If you use a broadband internet connection and both connect from the same house, it is very likely you use some sort of NAT (Network Address Translation) router. That means that (if you do) as far as the server is concerned, you might as well be using the same computer. This could be true if you both connect from any sort of network, home, school, or bussiness (although a school/bussiness network might have multiple external IPs)
School networks are recognized and are exempt from the multiple UN nations rule
