Go to their page (click on their name) and if they as well as you are UN members you will see a link to endorse them.
Ballotonia
Click on a UN member's name, and scroll a bit down. There you read in green: Add your endorsement.
Do that, and you're not longer a newbie. You can become king of the hill :)
