For a few weeks my nation's civil rights/economy/political freedoms rankings haven't budged - no matter what I choose to do with issues. My last 6 or so economic issues have been answered very pro-business, but my economy stays Imploded. The same has been true with my civil rights and political freedoms rankings.

The last issue that I remember affecting any of my rankings was the old death penalty one, which I dismissed. It lowered my civil rights ranking from World Benchmark to Superb. None of my rankings have changed since then - which I think was about 3 weeks ago.

I tried leaving my region and returning a week ago to see if that cleared the issue up, but it hasn't. Is this some sort of bug or do the mods have any idea what might be going on there?

Remember that the larger your nation becomes, the more difficult it is to budge those ratings.

Also, it may very well be that you're answering issues in such a way that you're actually cancelling out any gains or losses...
