Just something that happened to me concerning 2 of my nations.
Nation 1 Appealed to join the UN
I decided I wanted my UN nation to be Nation 2 Instead
Nation 1 Is told it was acceped
I couldn't find the e-mail. I guessed my E-mail dismissed it as spam
Nation 2 Appealed to join the UN
Nation 2 was rejected on terms of having another UN nation with the same E-Mail?

What do I do? I can't take back Nation 1 wanting to join the UN, because I never got the E-Mail. If I don't take it back, I can't get Nation 2 into the UN.
Mabye-
I had a nation a long time ago (About half a year) That was in the UN. It got deleted for Inactivity. But if it's once being in the UN prevents me from making another UN nation, Why was Nation 1 accepted?

First of all, if an old UN nation deleted due to inactivity, it is no longer in the UN, so no worries there.

With 'Nation 1', if you don't respond to the e-mail within 24 hours, the offer expires. However, you probably overlapped, which is why it gave you flak. Wait a day or two and you should be able to try again with 'Nation B'.
