Did Sirocco actually edit this? If so, why?
I think it's unlikely. Cog posted only a minute after the original post, and it's likely that if there was something needing editing he would have done it. Unless Sirocco edited in that 1 minute time period, chances are he didn't edit at all
*addendum* Of course, there's no registered edit. So anybody saw a pre-edit version (if there was one) this would indicate otherwise
*addendum 2* And do you really think that Siroc would leave a message in the title saying [GMs Ice this Guy]? Hardly realistic

There was a link there, an out-war variant. This guy is a recurring problem and we have a kill on sight policy on him. It is perfectly possible for Sirocco to have edited the post. I am speculating that Cogitation might have not recognised what it was.
If someone you do not know presents an off-site link, be suspicious, and if at all possible, do not click it.
