If you're on Windows XP, go to C:\Documents and Settings\INSERT YOUR XP USERNAME HERE\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
Then arrange them by internet address, and find http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=display_nation/pin=1234567/submit=login/nation= YOUR MISSING NATION'S NAME
If you have Windows 98 or whatever, just go to C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files.

Or log out and log in again on the PC you made it on and it may auto log you in as it.

Did you post on the forums at all with it?
If so, a mod could match your IP to that of the machine you were using whilst posting under that nations name, and thus recover it.
Whether they would or not, I don't know
