The New Issues are great but i seem to be getting around the same four over and over again. Is this a problem?

It could be a problem, but as far as I know you get issues randomly (as long as they are valid for your nation) this means that you MIGHT get an issue twice. We still have a limited amount of issues (although the amount is increasing thanks to all who are submitting issues and to the mods who are editing them), so it is possible to get them twice.

As I understand it, issues are approved in batches of five or so. Also, it is not a simple matter of editing the text for style, the issues have to have a limited amount of coding performed on them before they are ready. The people who are doing this are the same exhausted Game Mods of the never-ending task list. So for the moment, until they get the hang of it, the issues will be coming in a steady stream rather than a massive flood. But don't worry, thousands have been submitted, there is plenty of potentially good material to sort through.

I have receieve "No Pain no Gain" and "Put Older Senators Out to Pasture?" so many times throughout the dozen or so puppets not on vacation mode that I have that it is not even funny. :evil:
Of course, time should solve it.
