I think you need to change the capacity for the regional headquarters from ten messages to 15 or 20.

In the Pacifics though stuff is bumped off so swiftly anywhen. . .
I saw a reference recently to this being raised to like 14 or something... were they on drugs, or was I, or none of the above? Has this increase occured?

The maximum number of telegrams in an inbox was raised from 10 to 15 recently, perhaps that's what you vaguely remember?
Regarding the topic: I agree that 10 may sometimes be on the short side for chatting, yet lots and lots of regions just sit there with really old posts on their message boards. Perhaps there might be a way to code it such that when the posts are still recent (< 15 minutes) more than the last 10 are shown?
