How do i get my nation deleted quick and fast?

You don't. Simply don't log on to it, and when the days are up, it will have gone the way of the dodo. Self-cleaning system, as it were, to mop up inactives and such. Just let it die.
Leave it for a few weeks and it gets removed. The other option is spamming, flaming (generally being annoying), but I'd advise against it.

Type a random set of characters in notepad and copy/paste them into your "New Password" fields in settings. Then close notepad without saving. That way you will not be able to log in, and your nation will automatically be deleted after 28 days.
