how do i change my flag

I can help.
Are you talking about custom flag or regular flag?
Regular flag: Go to settings, select the flag and hit save settings. Then go to your main nation page and hit refresh.
Custom Flag: Upload the flag (assuming you get no error message) save settings and go back to your main nation page and refresh.
If that doesn't work, tell me and I'll try and look into it.
