I have superb civil rights, all-consuming economy, and superb political freedoms, and it claims i am a civil rights lovefest! I had these same stats two days ago and i was an anarchy. explain how that is possible. Also why did integrating schools hirt my economy?

Why when I let people keep gold they find, bring me from an Anarchy to a Civil Rights Lovefest? You would think with the extra cash they would spend a tad bit more.
