How can you change the UN Delegate on the regional control. I tried to and I couldn't find a button for it.
You can't change the delegate with regional control. The delegate is the nation with most endorsements.
You can however evict the delegate if you dislike them, but if the founder was allowed to change delegate then we would have a lot of regions with one nation and a delegate.
