Ok this would only apply to regions with founders,

allow the founder to set a bit more control to the region, namely
a link box so they can put a link to their regional forum, this would have to be set so it required Mod approval to be sure the founder of naughty regiong didnt link the Hun or somethin else,

the second would be a tighter control on regions, allow the founder to allow Delegate access to the factbook but not to the ejector, or if they have access to the ejector, they cannot add the ejected nations to the ban list, or perhaps the ability to not boot the founder
basicall the founder controls would look like this

Look at loops region, you will see not all of them do. Just most.

Good idea, but most regions with forums have at least one other thing to link too.

I still like the idea of being able to delete/edit message board messages the best of new regional control ideas.
