I have had several posts that I have made (all are topics that I start) that have disappeared. I don' t think they were deleted, as they tend to be either storefront threads in International Incidents or about politics in the UN forum.
Any history of people's posts randomly dissapearing? This most recent one was about 25 messages long, and was up at about 2 PM US Eastern time today, but has now dissapeared.

It's a recurring problem. Topics have been known to vanish and reappear. Just one of those things. It should be searchable again some time in the near future.

At one point Scolo's entire Tech Sticky List disapeared. I meat to post to ask about it, but my comp crashed, and the next day it was back.

Didn't you hear? The forum is a magician; it likes to make topics disappear and reappear! :lol:
Seriously, though, if you're concerned about topics being lost, then you should consider saving your posts to a word processing file on your hard drive. That way, if the forum randomly eats your post (which I don't think has happened, yet), you still have a copy.
