loosing endorsments
If someone leaves region A to region B and immediately comes back to region A does he loose all of the endorsments he had in region A before he left or does he still have his original endorsments. How long must a nation leave for in order to loose it's original endorsments?

yes it does lose them.
as for how long, I *think* a few mins would be enough...
I would really like to know for sure.

you could just try, that's the standard way for dropping delegate responsibility when you don't want the job no more.
if you still got the endorsements, just leave again for longer periods, problem solved.

And the system updates occur 2 times a day. Not sure of the exact time, it always seems like its between 2 and 3 to me (PST).
