Sorry, but you can't, but I agree with you that it would be cool. The closest thing you can do, is to topple the U.N. delegate or kick nations you don't like out of the region.

Read the FAQ. There is no war in NS, there will be in NS2. War here is mostly done through roleplay but some, as Heksefattima said, region crash.
Read the stickies and announcements as well.

Sorry, I know there are tens of pages of stuff to read through, but asking the same old questions here is not a subsitute. Players may however ask for clarification here once they have acquainted themselves with the basics.

Since NS does only RP war, what kind of "war" does NS2 have?
