how do i endorse another country?

you have to be (1. excepted into the UN and (2. be in the same region
(read the FAQ before you post next time)

- Both of you must be UN members.
- Both of you must be in the same region.
- Log into your UN nation, view the nation page of the nation you wish to endorse, click the [Add endorsement] link on the bottom left.
- If either of you leaves the region, the endorsement will disappear at the next UN update.

Go to the page of another UN nation in your region. There will be a link at the bottom of the page that says Add Your Endorsement. Click that and your endorsement will be added.
