I have a small region, with some friends that are UN-members. I'm the chief of the region, and I'd like to submit a proposal, but that isn't possible "as I need two endorsements". What do my friends have to do, to endorse for me?
They have to click on your nation first. On their lower left corner will be a question if they will add their endorsement to you. If they click that, you will become delegate during the next update. I hope that made it clear for you.
