Whenever I try to send a UN proposal, I try and describe it in fair detail. After a while, it tells me that my time is up. Once, i tried copying my proposal, going back and pasting it, but I couldn't select a strength of proposal thing.

Type it up in a text editor and copy it over. You should still be able to select the catagory and strength with no problem.

couldnt select the strength? did ya select the proposal type the second time?
