Yeah I was just wondering if anyone knows the Hierarchy of the Economy is...
To be more specific I'm wondering if Frightening is higher than All-Consuming.
If anyone could answer my question(s) I would appreciate it.

Thanks much, I probably should have looked around for that. I figured there was one somewhere...

It is fascinating to me that most players seem to naively assume that a level 15 economy ("frightening") is a good thing. When you look at the corresponding levels of Civil Rights and Political Freedoms, it would appear to me that 12 is the ideal.

No, you do not necessarily have to have appalling Civil Rights and Political Freedoms to have a Frightening Economy. It is very hard to achieve, but you can have your cake and eat it in all three stats. My most pleasant nation has achieved a Powerhouse Economy and Good Civil Rights, and I could very easily take them higher by relaxing public nudity laws and the like.
And, believe it or not, the state of your economy will not necessarily reflect your business though it is often the case. I have an imploded economy but business is booming! :D

Especially the undertaker business?

One can have a frightening economy and superb rank in the civil and political ratings. However, if one pushes civil/political any higher one tumbles into the biker gang/anarchy scenario.

im the exact opposite. I have a frightening economy and hardly any business.
Id just like to point out that civil rights, economy and political freedoms arent ranks. A nation with higher civil rights than another isnt a better nation, it is just governed differently

Once I saw the Hierarchy of it all, I noticed that if you push it too far it shows that you've gone too far...
But I really think 13 (powerhouse) probably would be the best, in my opinion anyways.
