I keep on getting the same issues over and over again. There are about 8 issues which I keep getting, and I never get any other issues but those, and I keep on getting them. Moving regions doesn't help. Any other advice?

There are also things that you get bsaed on past choices ... for example, only countries that have outlawed voting (a choice in one issue) can get the 'More democracy, if thats not to much' issue to reinstate it (and the opposite is true of the issue where you can outlaw it). Odds are the UN Category you are in doesn't have as many issues, and some of your past choices have disqualified you for others.
