Nothing will happen to your proposal under vote. Well, it looks like it being passed is what will happen, but nothing will happen on account of you being ejected from that region.

In order to be delegate, you need to have the most endorsements in your region (minimum of one). So, you could consider asking your allies to join you in your new region.

Find a reigon with lots of the nastier nations in it then point out the potential for massive profits via privately owned planets.

You should get some endorsements. I think the Gay Region where I am may be co-opertive, and of course if you are pro-ISI, I will endorse you.
