How do I build an army?
I seen alot of topics show different military stuff and sell it to players...
what are rules of warfare?
and how do I start?
Read all of the FAQ and the stickies (especially the ons in the NS and II forums) and then I recommend you join the Role Play University (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_region/region=Role_Play_University) where you can get taught how to RP well, (and build an army) by real experts.
Use your imagination.
Alternatively, spend a week in one of the Pacifics and do the exact opposite as they do there.
this would of been easier if they give you options...
like create a military budget....
command some number of soldiers to move to point A...
and in a few minates the site will tell you who was left alive...
