I can not log into Epidemia (is the server borked?)

I have two countries
Puss Dribble and Epidemia

i can not access either of them keep getting an error

Ummmm, more detail on the nevermind please.

I realize that the message kinda indicates what the problem is but I guess what I am asking is, does this affect everyone or just a few.

Seeing as I have not seen any other complaints.
