is their a guide on what to do? i mean how do you guys build armys and weapons? how do you attack other countries? i mean so far the only thing i can do is put in my view on issues and such. . .help

Before you can attack other countries you have to enable the "cowcost" feature.
While in the forums, read all the stickies, at least skim them.
When out of the forums, look into the FAQ.
