There are lots of trade threads in the International Incidents forum. Say what you want and then wire the money.

To wire money most people say "I wire x amount of money, but if you want you can telegram something more official. Not that there's alternatives, that's just the way I do it.

The seller usually dictates how long it takes for your order to arrive.

I always want to post funny things on this, like "give me the first four letters of your password and I'll give you some nukes and two tank divisions. Give me the other letters and you get an orbital laser satallite."
