how can i upload pictures. i had one for a store i was opening, but i couldn't figure out how to get it onto the subject. The pic is on my computer.

PHPBBs do not suport uploading pictures. You need it online somewhere. My sugestion is to get some free websapace or start an Invison free fourm (www.invisonfree.com) and upload your photo there, then use [img] tags to referance the URL and zap your pic on the fourms.
It supports it. You just need a custom modification.
But I guess the server would be so full of pictures max would have to make the free NationStates payable.
