I'm having a rather strange problem, and I don't know how to fix it. I uploaded a custom flag, a smily face throwing a tantrum. However, when I look at my flag, all I see is a small white box with a red x in the left corner and the words national flag next to it. I have asked others and they can see it. I logged on from my other nations, but I COULDN'T see it. Is this my computer, or is there some kind of bug? I will try to keep an eye on this thread, but with the stupid forum error thing, telegramming a response would really be faster. Thank you.
