i'm a new comer to nationstates, and am totally confused. I can't figure anything out. Please, could someone tell me how to send telegrams? :oops:

1. Make sure that you are logged in.
2. View the nation.
3. Scroll down to the bottom.
4. Enter your telegram in the input box.
5. Make sure it says what you want it too.
6. Click "send."

Just to clarify point #2, view the nation to which you wish to send the telegram. You can do this by clicking on their name wherever it appears on a region page, or by searching for it by clicking "The World" on the left hand side toolbar and entering its name in the field that appears at the bottom of The World page.

Or by clicking the blue links on the left side with the natio's name, and then clicking "view [nation's name]"
